Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
Refund / Return Policy
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team:info@bntiarms.com or 844-719-7088. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
Firearm Purchases
BNTI Arms ships direct to valid FFL dealers only. Prior to ordering please contact your local FFL receiving the firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. If you order a stripped lower receiver or lower receiver with the parts kit installed, you must be a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering and be at least 21 years of age to complete the transfer through your FFL*.
Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. *Exceptions – Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
Magazine Purchases
BNTI Arms abides by all state, federal, and local laws regarding magazines. If an illegal magazine is ordered to your state, your order will be processed with the magazines removed. BNTI Arms applies the laws for civilian magazine purchases to all non-governmental magazine purchases within a state.

About Firearms Export
We must be licensed by the US State Department to export items from the United State Munitions List (USML) which includes Firearms, components of Firearms, and some Rifle Scopes as well as Optical sights. We are also Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL). Our mission at is to provide fast and reliable export services for your order.

DSP-83 Instructions and DSP-83 Form
The Department of State, United States of America, requires that this completed form (DSP-83) be included as a part of an application for authorization to export Significant Military Equipment (SME.  Failure to submit may result in the application being “Returned Without Action” (R W A).  The form (DSP-83) must be completed by the appropriate foreign persons (e.g., consignee, end-user, government) and forwarded to the Department of State through our company that will be making the application.

Other Documents and Instructions for Export of Firearms – Only ORIGINAL documents may be submitted!

Import Authorization
An Import Authorization comprised of either an original import permit or an original certificate or letterhead issued by the foreign government authorizing the import of specified items must accompany each application. An Import Authorization normally contains an official signature, government seal, and the validity period of the transaction. This information is to be supplied as a copy of the original document or certified copy of a duly-issued Import Authorization and must be maintained in the applicant’s file. “Certified Copy” means a copy of an original document certified by a competent official bearing the statement “certified copy,” an original signature, seal of the certifier, and date of certification. Import Authorizations may only be used once. The complete authorization must be fulfilled in one-license application. The information on the Import Authorization should match the information listed on the export application and the purchase order. A written explanation is required for any application that does not include an Import Authorization (e.g., letter from importing government stating the item does not require an Import Authorization; end-user statement stating no Import Authorization is required). English translations must be provided for foreign language documents. Copies of fax copies of Import Authorizations are unacceptable.

Purchase Order
Written, signed, dated order for the merchandise (preferably on letterhead), which includes quantities, description of items and prices.

End Use Statement
Written statement signed and dated explaining the intended use for the items, for example – law enforcement, military or protection of the national defense .

We utilize a respected and U.S. State Department approved freight forwarder for shipping firearms internationally.
